Banking Research Analyst
Location: Sofia Office | Full Time
We are looking for a Banking Research Analyst with excellent attention to detail to research and analyze banking products, services and market developments in Bulgarian financial institutions. You will be responsible for gathering accurate information from public sources, monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring our platform provides up-to-date and reliable banking information.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Bulgarian banks and financial institutions for product updates, rate changes and new services. Research banking regulations and announcements from BNB and FSC. Compile accurate technical specifications for banking products including interest rates, fees and eligibility criteria. Verify information accuracy through multiple reliable public sources. Analyze market trends and prepare analytical reports. Maintain up-to-date databases of banking product information.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Economics or related field. 2-3 years experience in financial services, banking or market research. Excellent analytical and research skills with attention to detail. Fluency in Bulgarian and English. In-depth knowledge of the Bulgarian banking sector and regulatory framework. Experience with data analysis and advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Business Development Specialist
Location: Remote/Hybrid | Full Time
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to build strategic relationships with financial institutions, identify partnership opportunities and support the growth of our platform nationwide. This role includes direct contact with banks, credit unions and other financial service providers to expand our information coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact financial institutions to establish information partnerships. Maintain professional relationships with communication and marketing teams of banking institutions. Coordinate with institutions to obtain updated product information and official announcements. Lead outreach initiatives to expand platform coverage. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Develop strategies to improve data collection from public sources.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. 1-2 years experience in business development, B2B sales or account management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Bulgarian, English knowledge is a plus. Understanding of the Bulgarian financial services market. Strong presentation and networking skills. Self-directed with proven ability for remote work.
